Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Even More Magic. Because all of our products are produced in limited quantities and often sell out quickly, we maintain a strict refund and exchange policy. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, order cancellations, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selected

  • Limited-edition or pre-order items

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or pop-ups

Please double-check your order details before submitting your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery cannot be honored.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing, personal preference, or normal wear.
Exchanges are only considered if:

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect, and

  • The same item is available in stock

If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked “delivered,” we cannot provide replacements or refunds.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or shipping delays.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to:

  • Wait the full production/shipping timeframe

  • Accept minor variations in color or design due to manufacturing processes

  • Understand that pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded


Quality & Handmade Notes

Small variations may occur in color, placement, or stitching due to the custom and small-batch nature of our products.
These variations are not considered defects.
